NonprofitOyster.com offers nonprofit Employers and mission-focused Candidates a place to find each other.  Nonprofit jobs are our focus, and we offer affordable solutions to getting your jobs noticed, while offering free access to jobseekers. 

Employers and Recruiters  reach quality candidates – you'll have access to targeted, high visibility and excellent website functionality for reasonable rates.  We have also partnered with Capability Company to offer search services at varying levels to suit any budget.

Candidates will find exciting meaningful opportunities at their fingertips, and are encouraged to post profiles online (anonymously) for employers to access.  

Since our launch in May 2001, we have been fully committed to supporting the nonprofit sector. We believe that a great deal can be accomplished with a small amount of “people-power.”  From personal experience, we believe that employment related to the nonprofit sector is under-rated and under-resourced, yet working in and with the nonprofit sector offers great personal fulfillment, spiritual growth, and community bonds.

Our goal is to support the nonprofit sector by offering this venue for Employers to post low-cost high-functionality nonprofit-related job listings, and for Candidates to search listings, and post their resume online for Employers to find.  We donate 5% of our profits to support nonprofits whose missions are particularly close to our hearts.
